User responsibility
- Users remain fully responsible for execution, risk management, and capital allocation decisions
- Accounts must be kept secure and may not be shared in violation of subscription rules
- Platform and market-data access vary according to billing status and activated entitlements
Subscriptions and billing
MarketRead subscription charges cover the software platform, workflow tools, and derived intelligence. Licensed market-data charges are itemized separately and activated according to customer classification, provider approval, and exchange entitlements. Renewals, changes, and cancellations are subject to the billing terms presented at checkout and within the customer account area.
Availability and updates
We may improve, refine, or adjust aspects of the platform over time. We also reserve the right to suspend access where required for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or non-payment.
Market data and third-party services
Market data, exchange content, provider services, and associated trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. MarketRead may process authorized inputs to provide software features and derived interpretation, but a MarketRead subscription does not transfer ownership of or independent rights in the underlying data. Coverage, timing, depth, and availability may vary by provider, exchange, region, and plan.
Entitlements and subscriber classification
Users must provide accurate information required to determine professional or non-professional status and satisfy applicable exchange or provider declarations. Access may depend on completed agreements, identity verification, geographic eligibility, and separate fees. MarketRead may restrict or suspend market-data features when an entitlement is missing, expired, inaccurate, or withdrawn.
Permitted use
- Use platform displays and derived intelligence only within the access granted to your account
- Do not copy, scrape, extract, rebroadcast, redistribute, resell, or create a substitute market-data service
- Do not share credentials or allow another person or organization to use your entitlements
- Comply with all exchange, provider, and platform restrictions that apply to your access
Provider changes
Exchanges and data providers may change symbols, contracts, schedules, permissions, fees, or availability. MarketRead may adjust supported coverage, delay or disable affected features, or require renewed declarations to remain compliant. These changes do not create a right to redistribute underlying data.
